Ursula Leber works in the Trademark and Law Department at SONN and specialises in trademark and design applications for national and international clients, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and drafting delimitation and coexistence agreements. Her work also includes the registration of transfers of rights in the appropriate registers, drafting and examining agreements in the field of intellectual property law, and the legal examination of issues relating to competition and copyright.

Ursula Leber studied Law at the University of Vienna and European and International Law at Stockholm University. During her university education, she made an intensive study of arbitral proceedings and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. After completing a year of practical experience in court and an internship in a law firm, she joined SONN & PARTNER. Ursula is a member of ECTA and serves on its Harmonisation Committee. Her correspondence languages are German, English and French.
