Marc Keschmann is a partner at SONN and has many years of experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation, in particular in infringement, opposition and nullity proceedings. Before joining SONN, he managed the law firm Haffner & Keschmann Patentanwälte for more than 15 years.

The focus of his work is on the development of intellectual property portfolios, in particular in the fields of mechanical engineering, process engineering, 3D printing, construction, transportation, medical technology and information technology.

Due to his work as an expert judge in patent litigation at the Commercial Court of Vienna and the Supreme Court, he has in-depth knowledge and experience in patent litigation.

Marc Keschmann is involved in numerous international associations. He is Vice President of the Austrian Chamber of Patent Attorneys.

Marc Keschmann studied mechanical and industrial engineering at the Vienna University of Technology
