Gregor Hacker completed his studies in Chemistry and Chemical Technology at Johannes Kepler University Linz. He gained his first insights into the patent system as a patent manager in the plant engineering sector. Gregor Hacker gained further professional experience as a Process Technology Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
