UPC Local Division: Urgency (Differing Case Law)

Regarding the differing case law on urgency (concerning R 208.2 (b) RoP) that grants the respondent only one month (Local Division Düsseldorf, 9 April 2024, Court of First Instance 452/2023), the Local Division Munich adheres to its case law, allowing two months (Local Division Munich, 27 August 2024, Court of First Instance 74/2024).
