UPC Local Division: Intervention

Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, an intervener is treated as a party pursuant to Rule 315.4 of the Rules of Procedure. Therefore, just like a party, the intervener may file an application for the protection of confidential information concerning the content of its submissions (Local Division Düsseldorf, 30 July 2024, Court of First Instance 475/2023).
