UPC-Court of Appeal: Procedural decisions on change of claim

A change of claim by introducing a subsidiary claim shall be rejected if this broadens the claim of the dispute compared to what was previously submitted and asserted and no explanation is provided as to why this could not have been asserted at an earlier stage with reasonable diligence (UPC 14.8.2025; CoA 317/2025, CoA 376/2025).
