Principle of public access and the Boards of Appeal online calendar

Entering an oral-proceedings hearing in the Boards of Appeal online calendar is not an indispensable requirement for safeguarding the principle of public access. Consequently, the mere absence of such an entry does not, by itself, constitute a breach of that principle (EPO BoA 20 Mar 2025, T 1713/22).
