Johannes Strobl is a partner at SONN.

His work focuses on all aspects of patent law, in particular the acquisition and enforcement of intellectual property rights in the fields of mechanical engineering, process engineering and automation engineering, with trademark and design law as further specialist areas. Johannes Strobl is an authorised representative before the European Patent Office and the Austrian Patent Office. He teaches IP law at the MCI Management Center in Innsbruck, Vienna University of Technology and is a frequent lecturer for a major non-university research institute.

Johannes Strobl studied Technical Physics at the Vienna University of Technology.
